Please check the availability calendar to see whether the dates you require are available.

If the dates are vacant please contact me by either telephone or email. If you phone and I am not at home there is a messaging service where you can leave your message.

I will always reply to your queries as soon as possible, which is invariably within 24 hours.

Accessibility and Any Special Needs.

Though Hilltop is a bungalow and all floors are on one level, access to both it's front and back doors are via steps, thus it is not really suitable for wheelchair users. However we have had guests staying who had some personal mobility impairment and have enjoyed their stay at Hilltop.

If you have any concerns with regard to accessibility or personal mobility please feel free to discuss these with us. We will be completely honest and truthful with you, sending you measurements and photos of access points if necessary, to ensure that you are certain whether Hilltop is suitable or otherwise.

Similarly if you or any member of your party has some other special needs that could relate to our holiday home please discuss this with us.

Booking and Conditions.

No deposit is required, payment is by cheque or bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of your holiday. However any late bookings must be by cash on arrival at Hilltop.

Hilltop Bungalow can only accommodate and sleep 3 people. Please let us know how many guests are coming, their names and whether they are adults and/or children.

We also require your address and contact number.

In the event of a cancellation by you after you have paid we will endeavour to re-let the cottage and if successful your monies will be refunded. 

At the start of your holiday Hilltop Bungalow will be available for you from 15.00 hours and on your final departure please vacate by 10.00 hours.

Hilltop Bungalow will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and will have clean bed linen and towels for your use during your stay. Facilities, lights, TV, cooker, crockery, utensils etc. will have been checked to make sure they are  in full working order, clean and ready for your use.

Please note dogs and pets are not allowed at Hilltop.

Also no smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house.
